What happens if we stop paying?
Nothing dramatic. If a renewal payment fails, your club keeps working for several weeks while the card gets sorted out. If the subscription truly lapses, the club becomes read-only: every record stays visible and exportable, nothing is deleted, and paying again turns everything back on. Your data is never held hostage.
Do our families pay anything?
No. The family portal and archer self-portal are included in the club’s one price, for everyone.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Card payment is the quick path, and an invoice your board or shop can approve works too. Just ask.
How does the trial work?
Your club gets the full product for 30 days with no card on file. Board meetings run slow, so if you need longer, say so and you’ll have it.
